My Story….

Hi Guys! Yes You ! Men !

I don’t know about you but when I visit a website to gain clarity or support for information I like to know a little bit about the person I am going to be working with to feel a connection, a rapport and that you can begin to feel comfortable sharing your most personal details with knowing your information is safe. This is where you find me, I hold a safe space for you either as an individual or as a group dynamic to off load and build a new Chapter in your life.

My background is in mental health, clinical hypnotherapy, midwifery, holistic therapies and 4 years in the police. A passion for Mental Health and supporting people in their wellbeing journey has always been my vision whatever role I have pursued. The life I live now is very different from what I imagined. In my early 50’s entering into the realms of ADHD, experiencing 11 years of domestic abuse, financial, sexual, physical and horrendous mental abuse as well as stalking, numerous court cases and a fearful toxic environment, numerous family bereavements (my dad, brother, friends, another brother to suicide in early 2023 and a very close friend in 2017, 2021 and another in 2024) - life became raw.  I did not want to be fearful anymore so I fought back.

I encountered the damaging long term effects of PTSD and grief that led to symptoms emotionally and physically. My health, relationships & marriage began to deteriorate and my son had a diagnosis of learning disabilities. I was training to be a midwife having left the Police - life seemed to spiral into an abyss of turmoil. I had nowhere to go, nobody for support, nobody seemed to understand. In retrospect I realise the struggle was real with ADHD.

A few years later, leaving midwifery, completed courses in holistic therapies, divorce and becoming a single parent to a lad with special needs I realised I had to deal with grief and my mental health, as back then I had put a sticking plaster over it all. I just wish I had received the support that I now offer to those navigating the grief train.

I seemed to support others yet ignoring my own needs. I realised I had stepped into therapies without really realising it helped me too. These experiences led me to the following list of qualifications and experience (in no particular order):

  • Mum Superpower is my first love

  • Hypnobirthing Practitioner (Marie Mongan, The Little Birth Company, Katherine Graves)

  • Health Coach Level 5 Ofqual Diploma Accredited with the NHS PCi (Personalised Care Institute) https://www.personalisedcareinstitute.org.uk/accredited-training-menu-health-coaching-new/

Most recently Neuroscience Coaching. So my passions are Mental health and Neuroscience - understanding how the brain behaves and why.

In all honesty, I believe I had lost myself, my self esteem, my confidence, motivation, joy, personality, passion and zest for life. Mindset is complex yet an important element to recovery. You may be feeling this way but you do not have to navigate the future alone. This is where I step in. So dive in, book a FREE Discovery call and let’s make the future the best it can be.

I found my way back and you can too.

Since losing my brother to Cancer in 2017, another brother to suicide in 2023, another brother who survived sexual abuse and PTSD in his teens, a father to serious illness and a son with Learning Disabilities - I realise the men in my life have really had it tough and its seems so unfair - yet where was the support, the guidance, the nurturing, the help?

The brain became a fascination more and more into how and why we behave the way we do. Why we think the way we do and the actions we take either subconsciously or consciously - often into a world of chaos. My own mental health was struggling. What did I do about it. After coaching course, and education classes, research and soul searching, it is where I found my niche to help and support you guys!

Does life happen to us or for us?  I believe FOR US. We have a pathway of what is meant to be however raw and unfair - we are stronger than we think, believe and realise. Our minds create a reality that is often perceived as incorrect and our brains do one thing - keep us alive - to survive.   What we do in the meantime is up to us. Do we choose to spiral into an abyss of self sabotage, addiction, self medication, low self worth, low self esteem, self neglect, and self loathing OR do we begin again and thrive.

I educated my way back to learning about Human Behaviour. The Truly Toxic, The Truly Amazing and all the inbetween.

If you have experienced some of the above, raise your hand. That is why you are here right? To get support!

Lets get you some coaching - and turn your Sadness into Smiling again.

Sienna appeared in 2018 at BBC Radio Gloucester on the Anna King Show in relation to juggling life as a single parent, with a son with Learning Disabilities, having a close bond with a parent who had passed away, being self employed and being a student at University - in the hope that all other parents and carers who are self employed can be empowered to keep moving forward whatever life throws at you.

Through grief, loss, abuse, financial worries, health issues Life can be great again.

Life is wonderful with the right mindset, its just knowing and learning how to put it into Action consistently…..
