This seems to be the buzz word at the moment, Right?!

Well Yes, Coaching is a developmental approach when working and interacting with other people to enhance their lives, whether it be from a personal perspective, health situation or working environment. What are your thoughts on Coaching?.

Since the Coronavirus, our social, emotional and physical wellbeing has been highlighted in the media particularly our Mental Health and all that it encompasses. After all, we all have a mental health, however we must remember that all that occurs in our mind can manifest in our physical health too causing all manner of symptoms from headaches, to IBS, from overwhelm causing anxiety etc.

Coaching aims to offer a focus on the here and now and what you would like to do entering into a new chapter in the future. For example have you experienced loss recently and wish to start over, to gain perspective and clarity. Coaching teaches us to not dwell on the past and live retrospectively, but to look to the future, positivity. Coaching empowers you to take control of your health, track progress, set realistic goals and to remain consistent with new habits.

As a coach we offer you the opportunity to help yourself - in other words - you are accountable for the steps you take yourself with our support and guidance. We are the facilitator of learning - to support you in developing your own personal goals and capabilities, strengths and outlook.

We concentrate on prevention and management as part of our strategy to

wellbeing, living a longer and healthier lifestyle.

As you, the Coachee and myself, the Coach - we work collaboratively into a Growth Phase - allowing you to express yourself with where you wish to be in the future, whether it be from a nutritional perspective, health and weight perspective, claiming back your identity, working through grief, working through a relationship, allowing your driven side of your personality to be encouraged and offer you self-direction in ways you may never have thought of.

How do Coaches work?

I work online 1:1 in most cases. If you prefer face to face that is also possible depending on your circumstances. We work with Zoom sessions mostly once a week and we look at all aspects of your World depending what you wish to gain clarity on.

Coaching packages are available which we recommend to work alongside, so this gives you a goal to reach in a sensible time allocated. During our Discovery Call we can work together to determine what is required and how long your Core Sessions will last.
