STEP 1

When is the right time? Who is the right Coach?

Research is key to finding the right therapy, therapist, coach or treatment for you. Rapport and Trust needs to be at the top of the agenda of priorities for you to positively gain from your time and energy researching the right person.

You may not know which therapy, coach or treatment at this moment in time is suitable, but you may have an idea already on whether your health is needing some vital energy right now. So if you ask yourself these questions: Do you sleep well?  Is nutrition an issue? Do you need to improve fitness, gain insight into your goals and lifestyle or your working and family relationships, hormone balance, weight management or mental health support.  Are you in need of grief support that has impacted your life?. Clarity to these questions gives you the encouragement and guidance to take that next steps into a new Chapter.

What support are you looking for? - What problem do you wish to solve?

During your Discovery Call you will be asked a few health and lifestyle questions to help us tailor your needs and goals specifically for you and the circumstances in which you find yourself now in terms of the grief and bereavement journey you find yourself on. 

Once we have set up a call you can then decide what is best for you in terms of moving forward towards positive results. Every learns, grows, progresses and strives at different rates. There is no rule around grief and what is expected in terms of recovery, healing and growth - this is down to the circumstances and your own personal journey.

Once you have discussed your needs, requirements and concerns and you have more insight about your goals, you can then book your Consultation and your package of support. Carried out either online or in person. If you are in a corporate setting this will be arranged accordingly. Usually there is a problem you are struggling with and you wish for it to be solved.

Knowing there is a plan and a schedule even if you know there will be emotional struggles along the way about being open and honest about your true feelings, this will in turn empower you. Whether it is about accepting a person/loved one has passed, or you are working through a situation that you have found up to know to be a struggle dealing with it alone, please know you are not alone and you are able to work through the emotional rollercoaster we call Life with a trained coach. 

Once you commit to a plan or a number of sessions people often find this offers them a huge confidence boost ready for positive transformation.

  • Please noteThere is no time scale for healing or moving forward particularly when grief hits us, nobody can tell you when to get support - too soon and you may take steps back but too late can cause stress and physical challenges within the body when it comes to your stress levels (cortisol) and can affect your immune system as a whole.

You have now committed to move forward into the Next Chapter of your life and gain Clarity, peace and to feel more uplifted. 

This is where you will see and feel a transformation and in the coming days, weeks and months you can expect to feel lighter with the stresses behind you. Of course movng on from a trauma, mental health concerns or grief is no easy task, no easy mountain to climb, however what you will experience is HOPE.

  • Taking steps positively however hard, is key, as you just never know how many steps you are away from success.  Whatever your situation you are now promising yourself that you are a priority, acknowledging how you are feeling and fulfilling what you truly deserve - peace, happiness and serenity without the world on your shoulders.
