Mental Health Can affect anyone and everyone. 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind every year in the UK.
This could look like anxiety, depression, phobias, OCD, Panic disorders, Generalised anxiety disorders, bipolar etc. Nobody is immune. 1 in 5 people have suicidal thoughts. Statistically it is thought that women have more thoughts of suicide that men however men are 3 times more likely to act out their thoughts. Nobody is immune to the effects of low mental health.

Health Coaching as a main ingredient which can encompass :
* Men’s Mental Health & Wellbeing - Over 18 and those willing to acknowledge change needs to occur.
*Grief & Bereavement Support - Over 18 and those who are wishing to find new ways of living and moving positively forward.
*Parents and Carers living in the world of Learning Disabilities - Those living in the world of Learning Disabilities who perhaps have lost their way and wish to make better decisions, improve their health and to clarify and prioritise their wellbeing as well as the ones they care for.
For all of these topics - Mental Health is hight on the agenda.
Having been through all of the above I offer support with a high level of experience. I am delving even deeper so you are safe in the fact that my knowledge is extensive and expanding now that I am embarking on my Neuroscience & Psychology Masters degree.
Making positive steps towards new goals………
In all coaching sessions, after your Discovery Call, you will receive a workbook. We will sit together and discuss in your consultation the main core elements of your health. Sessions are usually 60-90 minutes and strictly confidential. The workbook is completed as a guide.
If you are anything like me I like to have a visual of something to aim towards and this gives me purpose and a structure. Commitment is required to make those positive steps towards your goals and a set programme will be set out.
Isn’t it empowering to see progress over a period of weeks and months knowing you are making positive changes to so many aspects of your life. You will be surprised for example when you follow the Wheel of Life how you scale your current situation to how you wish life to be and how the changes occur so quickly.
When you make the decision to improve your life you wonder why you did not make steps sooner!
