Online Workshops (Private 1:1) & Corporate Offerings- How do they work?

Do you wish to improve your Mental Health but unsure how to go about it?

Are classes too far away or you prefer to work at your own timeline with commitments of children, work or other issues preventing you from leaving the house? Whatever it is, there is always a way to make it work for you. Online could mean you gain clarity at a time to suit you or if you prefer you can join one of the in person workshops coming soon.

Perhaps you would like me to attend your workspace and offer one of the sessions to a group of your colleagues. Or if you prefer to offer Reflexology during a lunchtime, Hypnotherapy presentations, or Health coaching this may be of interest to offer in a team building day/Corporate Event or to break the cycle of monotony during the working week for your employees so show them that you care for the wellbeing.

For Online workshops or self paced, there are 5 workshops available at a self paced level. Access to these are AVAILABLE JULY 2024. You receive a password to gain access to work at your own pace guided by short videos.

If you prefer you can work with me 1:1 or in a group setting either online or in a corporate setting.

What is included ?

    Once you have signed up and paid you will receive a unique password to join your workshop if you are doing it online. You have unlimited access and you can work through as slowly or quickly as you wish. If you choose to pay for a pdf download this must be downloaded within 24 hours. Or receive 1:1 access/corporate access with a coach or in the workspace

  • ✺ Workshops ✺

    If you prefer a workshop online you can access your workshop anytime of night or day, anywhere in the world, at a time to suit you in the comfort of your own home with activities to support you. Or contact me for an in-person workshop at your workplace where you have access to a workbook with the coach guide you with group interaction

  • ✺ Downloadable ✺

    The Chapters are easy to follow if you choose to work self paced and access from a pdf download, then you can access them in your own time.

    For the Inner Peace Men’s Mental Health Workshops, you receive if you wish a weekly email, informal telephone discussion or zoom call to check in on progress, you can opt out too

    For the Workshops offered to Parents and Carers within the Learning Disability Bubble, you receive if you wish, a weekly email or informal telephone discussion to check in on progress, you can opt out too

  • ✺ Wisdom of Grief ✺

    For the Wisdom of Grief Workshops offered to anyone who has experienced loss, you receive if you wish a weekly email, informal telephone discussion or a zoom call to check on your wellbeing, you can opt out

  • ✺ Your Journey Into Journal Therapy ✺

    For the Journey into Journal Therapy Workshops you receive if you wish a zoom discussion prior to and aterwards to assess how you feel after the workshop

  • ✺ Corporate Clients / Health Professionals✺

    Once you have made contact with me in relation to your Corporate requirements, your staff / patients / customers receive the workshop in a group setting face to face, in a safe space and can contact me privately for 1:1 support if necessary

  • ✺ Soulful Breath ✺

    For The Soulful Breath Workshops you will receive either handouts during a face-to-face session or you receive online access with the coach. These are not available to work alone on a pdf due to techniques needing to be demonstrated safely

What’s inside your online workshop

Chapter 1

This section in all the workbooks and workshops are about you. You can complete these at your own pace, whenever and wherever you wish. The only person who sees this workbook is you unless you feel confident in sharing to members of your family or to the Therapist here in confidence as there may be areas you wish to work on 1:1. This Section is most crucial as you are the most important person here, your worries, your concerns, your strengths, goals and skills. Here we find out what is missing in your life for you to explore in detail. Your story is important and the beginning of your healing journey.

Chapter 2

This section looks at the support you have around you. From the family to friends to the school/college nurse or GP. To the Occupational Therapy department at work or a support group. We look at what you require further and the next steps, including gaps of support missing and how you can be supported further in relation to the topic of the workshop you signed up for.  Who supports you in your daily life? Here the Wheel of Life is introduced in all workshops.

Chapter 3

As the chapters progress they will be bespoke for each Therapy. So the 5 workshops namely:

  • Inner Peace for Men’s Mental Health,

  • Serenity for parents and carers of young adults with Learning Disabilities;

  • Breath Coaching - Soulful Breath

  • The Wisdom of Grief;

  • Journey into Journal Therapy

    will all have individual sections related to that topic. Some will be similar with a different edge to support wellbeing within the topic. Here we delve into emotions relevant for your topic. Here we discuss the brain and how it is reaction to certain stressors and behaviours. 

Chapter 4

Along the way you will find colouring in sections, activities and thought provoking written work for you to complete. If you are anything like me I love the visual aspects of everything. I learn better with something tangible. There is something very cathartic and magical about embracing your inner inspiration by doodling, drawing, painting or colouring in. This section is for you to just relax and have some time for you. Here we do some mindfulness and some breathing exercises. Plus there is a food diary and sleep hygiene section in some of the workbooks. 

Chapter 5

This section concentrates on where you would like to be as a future goal, letting go of things and thoughts. Whether this is your journey with grief, nutrition, fitness, anxiety, confidence, mental health, as a parent or carer to a young person with learning disabilities or through your journey with journaling. We look at where you are now and how to get you to where you wish to be.

Chapter 6

Here we talk about Beyond Next Steps and how you can self care. Why are you not self caring daily? And if you are what are you doing to support yourself? We look at techniques including breath work, A brief look at Journaling, (unless you are doing the Journal Therapy workshop already), Trauma informed discussion, Hypnotherapy and how your brain works and Health Coaching. There is no module 6 for Breath Coaching instead there are Vagus Nerve techniques available in Chapter 5. Let us witness you blossom and bloom into the future.

  • You have six months from the time you sign up to work through the workbook.

  • The workbook is in pdf format. Yes you can download to your own computer and either save it and or print it

  • Ideally yes, but you do not have to if you prefer to do all the activities at the end of the workbook. Or you can work through systematically through each Chapter. The booklet has been designed in each section relevant to progression each week.

  • You have an access code for family members to use at a discount once you have completed the modules.

  • For each workshop there will be a new access code. Please contact me for each workshop you wish to join.
